Our offerings include on-demand access to PrEP and nPEP, both paired with personalized case management to ensure continuity of care and informed decision-making. Additionally, for persons living with HIV (PLWH) in the Bergen-Passaic Transitional Grant Area (TGA), we provide substance abuse treatment and counseling tailored to meet their unique needs. These services are designed to promote health, empower individuals, and strengthen our communities—one virtual visit at a time.
